This is a custom listing deposit only.
Custom spot deposits are non refundable. In the event that you decide to not purchase a custom spot, you may use this as store credit only. Please discuss style and pricing with me before purchasing. My dresses can range from $80 to $500 depending on cost of fabric and style of dress.
IMPORTANT : Please do not ask me to remake or copy someone else's work, I will not. It's my policy. If you want a dress from another designer please contact them. Any requests for remakes after the custom spot deposit is purchased will result in a cancelled order.
A custom spot is usually bought to have the designer (Gabriela Lavat) design and sew a dress to your specifications. A custom spot deposit covers fees for my time to design and source materials. If materials are bought and you decide to not go through with your custom item, the expenses for those materials will be subtracted from your credit.
I would advise that before you purchase a custom spot, you make sure to have made at least one purchase from me just to make sure you are familiar with my design style and my quality.
*Measurements: If you would like your dress to fit certain measurements you will need to fill out a measurement form that will be emailed to you. Please make sure they are accurate measurements. There will be no refunds if you provide the wrong measurements.
*Exchange and Refunds :
There are no exchange or refunds on custom spots.
I will make an exception if there are quality issues and work with you to resolve them.
