Return and exchange policy.

Wild Lilies loves to make and design limited pieces and we hope that each dress you receive is something you love! In the event that the item you receive is either defective or there's a problem with your order please contact us within 7 business days of package arrival. 

Handmade Items

All handmade items have a no refund no exchange policy. In the event there are any flaws with your order I will address them personally. 

Pre Orders 

The shipping time for pre orders can range from 8-12 weeks and it is always posted when you make your purchase. There will be no refunds issued on pre orders. In the event that a pre order is delayed due to production issues, you will be notified. 

We try to make sure all items are flaw free, but in the event we miss something we will work with you to resolve your issue. Exchanges will be available if the item is available. If not, you will be issued a store credit. 

Ready to ship items

Shipping

All Items are shipped from my Studio in Edinburg, TX. We are not responsible for lost or misrouted packages once they are in carrier's hands. 

All discounted items are final sale.
